द Manifesto

1^st week of April, garmi has returned in Delhi and roads are full of MCD election campaigners playing “Hai Preet Jahan ki Reet Sadaa..”. April 1st week, garmi and elections – combination reminded me of a memorable day few years back; Hostel (Saraswathi) Elections, IIT Madras.

I still have the hard-copy (only half of it though) of my Election Manifesto with me-
